American Red Cross on Long Island

The American Red Cross on Long Island serves more than 2.8 million people in Nassau and Suffolk counties. As part of our ongoing support Rallye Motors will hold quarterly blood drives, provide volunteers for annual fundraising events, and host board meetings at our dealership. In 2015 our President & Vice President, Joseph Stanco and Nicholas Toomey, donated a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter to their Blood Services Group. Mr. Stanco is also on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross Long Island chapter and received the American Red Cross on Long Island’s Humanitarian Award in 2014.

New York Cares

New York Cares is now the city’s largest volunteer management organization, running volunteer programs for 1,350 nonprofits, city agencies, and public schools. Along with the GNYADA (Greater New York Automobile Dealers Association) Rallye has participated in the New York Cares annual coat drive for the last 3 years. With the participation of our staff and customers, the Rallye Group has donated over 500 coats to help keep fellow New Yorkers warm.

Long Island Cares

Founded by the late Harry Chapin, Long Island Cares brings together all available resources for the benefit of the hungry and food insecure on Long Island and, to the best of our ability, provides for the humanitarian needs of our community. Each summer Rallye holds a food drive for which donations are made to Long Island Cares and the Harry Chapin Food bank to help fight hunger on Long Island.

Sunrise Day Camp

Sunrise Day Camp-Long Island is a proud member of the Sunrise Association, whose mission is to bring back the joys of childhood to children with cancer and their siblings world-wide, through the creation of Sunrise Day Camps, Year-Round Programs and In-Hospital Recreational Activities, all offered free of charge. Rallye Motors has been a proud supporter of Sunrise Day Camp since 2012. Donating a two-year lease on a Mercedes-Benz for auction at the Friends of Sunrise event, Rallye has helped raise $50,000 since the inception of the partnership with Sunrise Day Camp.

American Cancer Society

The American Cancer Society has been working relentlessly to save lives and create a world with less cancer. Unfortunately, most of us know someone whose life has been affected by cancer, which is still one of the world’s leading causes of death. In October of 2016, also known as Breast Cancer Awareness month, our dealership led the Rallye for Pink campaign and pledged a donation to the American Cancer Society for each service appointment in the month of October. These donations were made to the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer initiative, which helps fund Breast Cancer Research and provides support for anyone touched by breast cancer.
