• No derogatory credit history
• Term cannot exceed F1 Student Visa expiration (expired F1 Student Visa okay with I-20 documentation demonstrating length of stay greater than loan/lease term)
• Amount financed or capitalized cost not to exceed $55,000
• 25% Cap Reduction

College Graduates

• Name of college/university (can also be an accredited graduate program or registered nursing program)

• Proof of income
