Rallye Motors continues partnership with Lincoln Technical Institute

March 30th, 2017 by

For many years Rallye Motors has maintained a close relationship with our friends at Lincoln Tech. Here are a couple recent updates on what we’ve done together!

Smart Tridion Cell Donation

On March 20th, Rallye Group CEO, Joe Stanco generously donated our smart Tridion safety cell cutaway car to Lincoln Technical School! The car will be on display in the lobby entrance to their campus, located next to GNYADA (Greater New York Automobile Dealers Association), at 15-30 Petraca Place in Whitestone, NY. There will be a ceremony at their school upcoming after a dedication plaque to Rallye Motors is added to the tridion cell to proudly display our partnership with Lincoln.

Current Lincoln Tech Graduate Employees

We’re proud to employ a number of graduates from Lincoln Tech, from trainees to tenured technicians. Pictured below are the current employees from Lincoln Tech. Our tenured technicians started at the Lincoln Technical Institute in Union, NJ, which pre-dates their Whitestone campus. Our newer technician trainees all trained at the more recent Whitestone campus.

Tri-State Service & Parts Meeting

The 3rd Annual Tri-State Service & Parts Club meeting was held on March 22nd at the Hamlet Golf and Country Club in Commack. Lincoln Tech was in attendance this year to present Service & Parts Director, Charles Ludemann with an award for Outstanding Employer Support for Automotive Education. It is for our dealings with their school, support and hiring of their graduates that help Charles earn this recognition.

Aside from consistently hiring graduates for Rallye Motors, Charlie has worked with Lincoln to become a part of these Service & Parts meetings and has communicated with the other Mercedes-Benz dealerships on Long Island to help find jobs for new technicians. The Lincoln Tech students help dealers fill the need to have new and upcoming talent join our workforce. Congratulations on all of your hard work, Charlie!

From training to hiring, and working together on other projects to benefit the automotive industry, Rallye Motors hopes to continue this great partnership for years to come!
